With over 7 years of experience working across Europe, I've worked with a wide range of clients — from entrepreneurs and lawyers to national league hockey players and ex-GB rowers.
Throughout this time I've prioritised learning from the best mentors I could find, investing in extensive coursework to understand the human body and movement at the highest level. My main mentor has been Bill Hartman for the last 2–3 years, working closely with him to understand the unified health and performance model.
My approach combines hands-on therapy, strength training, and individualised programming to help each person move better, perform stronger, and return to doing what they love — at their highest capacity.
Every client starts with an honest assessment of where they actually are — not where they think they should be, and not where a generic protocol assumes they are.
From there, coaching is built specifically around the activity you want back: the lift, the run, the sport, the practice. Progress is tracked session to session, so the plan adapts as you do.
A few shots of the work itself — assessment, coaching, and training.
